We are excited to announce the launch of the 2015 TREPathon!
The TREPathon is one-of-a-kind entrepreneurial competition that is launching on World EnTREPreneurs’ Day (8/21/15) for young ‘treps ages 26 and under. Top experts support participants from ideation to business creation. A crowdfunding element allows every participant the opportunity to raise money to fund their new idea or existing business. THOUSANDS or more in startup funds along with one-on-one mentorship and business launch support will be awarded to the top TREPathon winners!
If you are 26 and under, there is simply no better way for you to get started as an entrepreneur! Just 3 simple steps get you entered into the competition:
- Submit your short application at TREPathon.com.
- Submit a 60-90 second video about your idea and why you are excited about it!
- Submit your $50 registration fee.
You can find out more details by downloading your pre-registration packet at TREPathon.com. The competition will launch on World Entrepreneur’s Day (8/21/2015) and registration will run for 60 days. Once a participant has fully registered for the TREPathon, the will have the remaining time to raise funds that they can use to launch their business through our online platform. Each competitor will get their own online page where they can showcase their idea, share it, and promote it to raise money to fund their idea. We want to support them as a community and give them a great entrepreneurial experience!
The top 10 contestants as determined by a panel of impartial business experts based on a variety of criteria will get the opportunity to come to Oklahoma City for a live “Dolphin Tank” event where they will get coaching, support, and direct one-on-one mentorship to help them turn their idea into a full fledged business! Throughout this competition we will create a wave of young entrepreneurs who are going after their dreams.
